These over seas call centers take advantage of people in need by asking you to pay for services ahead of time. BUT they can not and do not intend to honor. They are OVER SEAS as in a different country. They Can NOT come with a tow truck to HELP YOU.
Check google maps for the company name and see if they actually have a property in the area they are trying to service. They MUST HAVE A BUSINESS YARD in the area to be a real local tow company. Not a yard in another country or state.
Make sure they have their own HEAVY WRECKERS that they will dispatch with their own drivers.

Do you take credit cards? YES! We also Take EFS, Comchek, T-Check, Zelle and Cash App....Or just plain US currency in the form of CASH is always good.
Do you offer truck storage after tows? YES! We have gated and video surveilled yard we can store your truck or trailer if needed.
What hours are you open? We try to be open 7AM to 10PM! But considering the nature of this business we sometimes work late into the night and some times open late. But rest assured, one phone call and you will find out when and where we are.
How far will you travel to pick a tow up?
We go nation wide to pick up and return your trucks.
